All payments are due prior to shipping.

Pricing

All prices are net wholesale to the trade, F.O.B Fountain Valley, CA. The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders ship Via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. A valid resale certificate must be provided, or sales tax will be applied to your purchase.

Reserves 

If goods are available, all reserves are accepted in the order they are placed. Reserves are good for 10 days and will automatically expire at that time without notice.

Minimums

There is a 3 yard minimum on all orders.

Cuttings for Approval

Cuttings for approval can be sent with a reserve and a minimum 5 yard order.

Warranty and Claims 

All products must be examined for any irregularities before marking, cutting or any processing. Any claims need to be sent no later than 30 days from date of invoice. Any expenses incurred as a result of non-inspected damages will not be covered under any situation. All warranty claims must be reviewed and authorized by Solé.
